Enter into the Derby!
For restaurants looking for a bit of adventure, sign up for our Derby Race! Each week, we grow a unique variety of greens that are sure to add excitement to your menu. The day before delivery, we’ll send you an email or message with a list of available greens— but act fast! Flats are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Derby Race is a fantastic way to try out new and unexpected microgreens you might not have thought to use before. Perfect for creating seasonal menus or one-time-only specials, it’s a great way to add variety and flair to your dishes. Ready to spice things up? Join the Derby today!
Special Orders
Planning a one-time event and need a specific variety or large quantity of greens? We’ve got you covered! Whether it’s a special celebration or a unique menu requirement, we can fulfill your special order needs.
Please note, some varieties of greens take up to three (3) weeks to grow, so we kindly ask that special orders be placed at least four (4) weeks in advance to ensure time for planning, planting, and delivery. If you're on a tighter timeline, just let us know! We can recommend quicker-growing varieties that are just as sure to wow your guests and their tasebuds.
Delivery Options
Our standard delivery days are Tuesdays and Thursdays, covering a wide area from Carleton Place and Kanata to Downtown Ottawa to Gatineau, Buckingham and Chelsea to Orleans, and everywhere in between.
